Every project starts on site, with a design shaped around how the space will actually get used, and a plan the build can follow.
Construction & Hardscaping
Fencing, retaining walls and gates, tiling, paving and finished concreting, stone masonry, brick and block work. The structure a garden is built on, resolved properly.
Pools, Water & Decking
Pool renovations and pool fencing, water features and stormwater, timber decking, pergolas, screens and bench seats. Outdoor rooms built to be used year round.
Planting & Finishing
Planting, turf and softscapes, irrigation, and the final staging of furniture, pots, lighting and pieces that make a finished garden feel complete.

Ivory Gardens was founded by Ryan Donald after a decade building high-end gardens for other Sydney design studios. The idea was simple enough: a calmer way to build a garden, and a result that gets used like another room of the house.
The difference is continuity. The same person leads your project from the first site consultation through design, construction and handover, so your brief is met without anything getting lost between trades, and designs stay flexible through the build because gardens change on site and the plan changes with them.
